A Glasgow-based fashion designer has created a new range of vegan and sustainable belts.
Belt designer Christian Macleod has dropped his latest online collection with a (safe for work) image of the Highland fashion guru’s trousers around his ankles.
Christian, originally from Inverness but now based in Glasgow, has become a major name in fashion with his unique belts.

He creates and sells them as two elements - the strap and the buckle. They are all completely interchangeable with reversible straps and different colourways on each side.
The new collection has six reversible straps and six buckles, giving a total of 72 looks to choose from in the new range.
Christian said: “What better way to draw attention to my new drop than dropping my trousers to show off my lovely new belt around my ankles?
“I thought this image would be a good way to grab attention online and it certainly seems to have worked – the site has been inundated so who needs expensive ad campaigns?
“Don’t worry, I won’t be stripping off any further to sell future designs. Well, not unless it’s by public demand.”
Christian started out designing belts for golfers and his ranges remain popular in sport, but he quickly realised his stylish accessories would appeal to a much wider audience.
He continued: “I am really excited about the plans for this year. It’s incredible what we are working on, in conjunction with truly iconic brands.”
