The owners of a Glasgow pub have been ordered to pay over £1,700 to a former employee who they accused of making 'abusive' posts about them on social media.
Black Pearl Pub Co Ltd was taken to an employment tribunal after sacking a bar worker who had raised concerns about money being taken from her wages.
The woman, known as Ms B Storrie, had worked at The Montford near Hampden Park for over a year when she was unfairly dismissed by bosses just weeks after she informed them HMRC had no record of her employment, despite tax deductions being taken from her salary.
