Glasgow bar 'solves' green lady ghost sighting as myth 'debunked' with fire exit sign

Staff at a famous Glasgow bar with a history of hauntings which recently came under the spotlight following the possible sighting of a 'Green Lady' ghost might just have solved the latest mystery.

The Scotia Bar on Stockwell Street hit the headlines again recently for its paranormal activity when paranormal investigators visiting the bar claimed to have captured a photo of the spirit which supposedly haunts the venue.

Said to have been established way back in the 1790s, it's one of the pubs that is vying for the title of being the oldest in the city meaning it has a rich history of not only spirits on the gantry but also in the bar itself including the aforementioned Green Lady.

However, the team at the pub think they might have solved the mystery, posting on Instagram they shared a clip of staff explaining what they think it could be.

Posting on Instagram, the bar team wrote: "We don't wanna say this one is debunked, but...

"Green Lady... more like Fire Exit Man."

In the clip, one of the staff is asked: "Nathan where is the ghost?"

Nathan can then be seen nonchalantly pointing at the green fire exit sign that appears to be casting a glow on the varnished wood wall.

The mystery of the Green Lady ghost appears to be solved, though she might have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those pesky bar members.
