Glasgow artist paints Liam Neeson mural with actor making song request

A Glasgow street artist has brightened up the city's streets with a funny mural of Liam Neeson.

The painting, by TapendTef, parodies the iconic 'certain set of skills' scene from Taken in which the Northern Irish actor talks to his daughter's kidnappers.

However, passers-by will notice that the action hero is chatting to beloved Radio Clyde DJ George Bowie to request a clubland classic.

The Neeson speech bubble reads: "Happnin' Georgie boy, can ye play Concrete Angels?"

This is the painters most recent use of a familiar face having already depicted Pulp Fiction's Samuel L Jackson and John Travolta in some of his previous pieces.

Some Glasgow celebrities have also been pictured with TapendTef's murals. Limmy took a selfie with one mural which paid homage to the comedian's famous Yoker bus sketch.
