Scotland's first buffer zones to limit protests outside abortion clinics could be on the way in Glasgow.
The city is being viewed as an ideal testing ground for the new policy that could prevent patients from being harassed or intimidated outside hospitals and sexual health clinics.
SNP ministers are currently considering drafting new legislation to give councils the powers to introduce bylaws to keep anti-abortion campaigners away from hospital entrances and exits, reports the Daily Record.
