Glaswegians will be given the opportunity to see the Northern lights on a budget thanks to a new service launched from Glasgow Airport.
PLAY Airlines has announced plans to launch a service between Glasgow and Iceland beginning in May with scheduled flights four days a week.
The new service will mean Glasgow will also be fully connected to the airline's North American routes. PLAY currently operates flights to Boston, Washington DC, Baltimore, and New York, well as Toronto in Canada.
