Newcastle United suffered their heaviest defeat of the season as Ollie Watkins scored twice in a 3-0 win for Aston Villa.
Villa climbed to within six points of the top four as a result, and ended Newcastle's run of five straight wins in the Premier League.
The hosts opened the scoring after 11 minutes when Jacob Ramsey finished off an impressive move. John McGinn floated a cross to the back post, which was cushioned down by Watkins, for Ramsey to drill a low effort beyond Nick Pope.

Watkins then turned provider just moments after having a goal ruled out for offside following a VAR check in the second half.
The forward was afforded too much space inside the box to collect Alex Moreno's low cross with his back to goal, and dispatch a low finish into the bottom corner.
He then bagged himself a brace in the 83rd minute after evading his marker to fire Emi Buendia's low cross beyond the reach of Pope.
Newcastle remain in third-place but have opened up the chance for Manchester United to leapfrog them in the table, and for Tottenham to move level on points with them.
