Leeds United remain in 14th place after Rodrigo's equaliser earned them a 2-2 draw against West Ham United at Elland Road.
The Whites failed to find a winner in a pulsating clash, but stay two points above the relegation zone. West Ham ended a run of six straight league defeats, and avoided dropping into the relegation zone after Aston Villa rescued a point against Wolves.
Wilfried Gnonto fired Leeds into the lead inside 28 minutes and became the Whites' youngest goal scorer in the Premier League since James Milner in 2004 in the process.
West Ham scored twice either side of half-time to take the lead courtesy of goals from Lucas Paqueta and Gianluca Scamacca. Pascal Struijk was penalised for a foul on Jarrod Bowen inside the box just before the break, after David Coote reviewed the incident on the pitch side monitor.

Paqueta confidently converted from the spot, before Scamacca capitalised on an error from Brenden Aaronson to drive a spectacular low shot from range in off the post.
Rodrigo levelled proceedings 20 minutes from time with another goal of the highest quality. Jack Harrison marked his appearance from the bench by threading the ball into the Spaniard, and Rodrigo drilled a measured finish past the reach of Lukasz Fabianski.
The additions of Harrison and Mateusz Klich made an impact prior to the equaliser, and Marsch looked to his bench once again with the introduction of Sam Greenwood in the final 15 minutes. But there was to be no winner, although Fabianski was forced into a dramatic late save to thwart Rodrigo's last-gasp header.
