The 2026 Giro d'Italia concluded with no changes to the general classification as Jonas Vingegaard (Visma-Lease a Bike) celebrated overall victory in Rome.
The largely processional stage concluded with a bunch sprint as Jonathan Milan finally grabbed a stage win, while the GC contenders rolled in safely in the peloton.
Vingegaard maintained his 5:22 advantage over second-placed Felix Gall (Decathlon CMA CGM). Jai Hindley (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) rounded out the final podium at 6:25 down.
Thymen Arensman (Netcompany Ineos) retained fourth place, 7:02 down, while Derek Gee-West (Lidl-Trek) finished in fifth place, 7:56 off Vingegaard.
One-time race leader Afonso Eulálio (Bahrain Victorious) concluded his race in the white best young rider jersey with a sixth place overall, 9:39 off the lead. Behind him lie Michael Storer (Tudor) in seventh at 10:13 and Davide Piganzoli (Visma-Lease a Bike) at 10:52.
The GC top 10 was rounded out by Damiano Caruso (Bahrain Victorious), riding his final Giro, at 11:24 down, and Egan Bernal (Netcompany Ineos) at 12:54.
