'Greatest gift ever': Baby girl becomes first child born in UK from transplanted womb

A north London mother has hailed “the greatest gift ever” after her baby girl made history by becoming the first child in the UK to be born from a womb transplant.

Grace Davidson, 36, received the organ from her older sister, Amy, in the UK’s first womb transplant in 2023.
