A four-year-old girl who was mauled to death by a dog has been pictured for the first time.
Alice Stones was attacked on Tuesday (January 31) while out in her garden at her home in Milton Keynes. Emergency services were called to the scene in Broadlands, Netherfield just after 5pm, but she was sadly pronounced dead.
The dog was humanely destroyed, reports the Mirror, and police have now launched an investigation. The end-terrace home remained taped off on Wednesday (February 1), with a forensic tent by the back garden and a uniformed officer and marked police van at the front of the property.
