Giorgos Giakoumakis will be getting used to sleepless nights as a new father - but his commitment to Celtic doesn't seem to rest either.
The Greek international has missed the last couple of Hoops friendlies against Blackburn Rovers and Legia Warsaw as he becomes a parent to a baby girl. He was placed on on compassionate leave as his partner went into labour and met their new arrival on Thursday. Welcoming her with the caption 'welcome princess' on Instagram, fans spotted something else in his heart-warming photo.
His Celtic club shorts are what he chose to wear to the arrival and supporters of the Parkhead club lapped it up. After teammates past and present Nir Bitton and Joe Hart sent their well-wishes, one fan said 'Celtic shorts in the hospital when your girlfriend is giving birth , what a man' and another commented 'fashionable look to have in the hospital when your missus is in labour.'

Ange Postecoglou's side are back in action this weekend for their final pre-season friendly against Norwich City.
Then they can look forward to their Premiership title defence beginning against Aberdeen on July 31.
Giakoumakis joined Celtic from Dutch side VVV-Venlo last summer, scoring 17 times in his debut season.
