Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst says he, sporting director Ross Wilson and the recruitment team take a combined approach to signings in Govan.
Antonio Colak has won Premiership Player of the Month after hitting form following a summer move from PAOK, but the Croatian striker is one of a few transfer hits from the club's summer business this season. Ridvan Yilmaz, John Souttar, Ben Davies and Tom Lawrence have all suffered injury problems while the jury is still out on Rabbi Matondo and Malik Tillman.
It's resulted in questions of van Bronckhorst and Wilson but the Rangers manager insists everyone including the recruitment chief plays their part in making sure stars who fit the club's profile arrive at Ibrox. He said: "When you have signings of course you will have signings who will adapt quicker and make the line up quicker. That’s the same for every team. The focus when it doesn’t go well is always on the players who aren’t playing which I know is the case. We had a plan to get new players in which is always the case when you lose many players.
