Elated Giovanni van Bronckhorst beamed with pride after his Rangers heroes stormed past Braga and into the semi-finals of the Europa League.
The Ibrox men overturned a 1-0 aggregate deficit to win 3-2 on aggregate against their Portuguese opponents in extra-time.
It was a game that had everything with Braga going down to 10 men in normal time and then losing another player for two quick-fire yellow cards in the extra half-hour.
That came after three Gers goals had been ruled out, two of them scored by Kemar Roofe who finally smashed home the winner on 101 minutes.
Asked on BT Sport if his heart rate had settled down, Van Bronckhorst laughed: "It's okay now! You know it was a big night, and a big result for us.
"It was going up and down, 10 men, nine men, decisions, goals disallowed, VAR, penalties, red cards. It had it all but in the end when you go through to the semis it's a big night for all of us.
"It starts with belief. To believe you can go through and be in the last four.
"We're going to play Leipzig, two games, so it's again going to be a hectic schedule until the end.
"But you don't want it to be any different now so I'm really happy we could give the fans a game and tie they can be proud of, and to proceed in Europe is huge."
Roofe filled the void left by Alfredo Morelos' season-ending injury as he worked tirelessly and was eventually rewarded for his efforts in the first half of extra time.
His clincher came after two goals from James Tavernier and Braga's answer in the form of a David Carmo header.
Van Bronckhorst added: "I think he (Roofe) gave us a lot of confidence with the hat-trick he scored last Sunday and of course the important goal he scored to get us through.
"I'm really happy for him and the performance. Team-wise, we did everything to go through.
"It was a big night for us and we needed to put in a big performance, and we have."
He's done it all before as a player with Barcelona and the Netherlands but it was a different feeling for Van Bronckhorst as he willed his team over the finish line.
"It's different (as a coach) but for me it's a pleasure to see my players enjoying their game, to see the crowd happy and cheering the team on," he said.
"For a coach, there's nothing better than seeing your players perform well and have success on the pitch.
"It gives you desire and the push to go on.
"We know we'll play two times against Leipzig and again we need two big performances and hopefully we go through.
"But we'll enjoy this night and then look ahead at the games."
