Gino D'Acampo has responded to feud rumours between himself, Gordon Ramsay and Fred Sirieix after he quit their popular TV show. The celebrity chef shocked fans last month when he told fans he had quit filming ITV show Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip.
The series sees Gino alongside fellow chef Gordon and First Dates maître d' Fred pack up a campervan and hit the open road, visiting various countries and cities, where they explore local culture and cuisine while also trying out some interesting traditions along the way.
At the time, Gino said his decision was "nothing to do with Gordon or Fred", adding: "The friendship is very strong." He added: "It’s just because we can’t get the dates together and sometimes when we do get the dates together sometimes they get changed and it causes a lot of problems for me because I have other stuff that I have to do. Personal problems as well because when I have to change things with my family it is very complicated."

Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Susanna Reid and Ed Balls quizzed Gino on his decision to leave the show and subsequent claims that he had fallen out with his co-stars.
As Ed probed whether the contractual issues he had previously claimed could be resolved, Gino admitted there had been lots of 'rumours' surrounding his departure before saying: "I love the boys. We have a great friendship. So that is not a problem. The problem is contracts. Sometimes they get very overcomplicated.
"The main [complication] was about the dates, trying to get the dates together. We tried and then we got the date and then they got cancelled. And then I thought, 'I don’t want to do this any more.' It got too stressful."
Alluding to the feud rumours, Susanna then asked Gino if it was true Gordon 'winds you up.' But Gino replied: "No. He's a good guy," before teasing fans that Road Trip wasn’t necessarily '100% over' if the issues around scheduling could be figured out.
