JENNY Gilruth has warned the UK government that "Westminster's time is up" during a speech to Plaid Cymru members.
In Llandudno on Friday, the Deputy First Minister praised growing co-operation between the leaders of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, but warned more must be done to push for constitutional change.
