In a series of Instagram Stories, Gigi claimed she discovered another woman leaving Kai’s home around 5 a.m. She said this moment confirmed doubts she had already been dealing with during the relationship. According to Gigi, she chose not to react strongly at the time because Kai had previously confronted her for talking to male friends, which she admitted was a mistake. She said she apologized immediately and believed it was best to “call it even” and move forward.
The situation quickly escalated after Kai’s assistant, Brianna Lewis, shared messages online that appeared to accuse Gigi of cheating. These posts included alleged DMs, FaceTime calls, and claims of contact with NBA YoungBoy. Gigi strongly denied these accusations and said the messages were fake. She explained that while she did cross a boundary by responding to male friends, nothing inappropriate happened. Gigi also accused Brianna of sharing only part of the story and claimed the assistant was motivated by jealousy and personal interest in Kai.
