An Edinburgh family business is “over the moon” to receive recognition after surviving the pandemic and other struggles.
“I know a lot of companies and sectors struggled during the pandemic but it was especially tough on us. Literally everything stopped. Events were not happening for years,” said Kate MacDonald, wedding and private events sales manager for Saltire Hospitality.
This well-respected local catering company has “a passion for great food” and has catered a record breaking number of weddings in the past year.
