The New York Giants had not intercepted a pass in 2022 … until the fourth quarter against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
Lamar Jackson botched the snap and then threw a pick to Julian Love, who returned it 27 yards.
The interception set up a touchdown run by Saquon Barkley.
Then, first-round pick Kayvon Thibodeaux forced a Jackson fumble. The Giants recovered and had to drain the clock.
Credit goes to Barkley, who on consecutive runs slid rather than scoring and giving the Ravens a chance to regain the football.
The New York Giants, under first-year head coach Brian Daboll, are 5-1, one of the most stunning records in the NFL
