Giants exercise fifth-year option on LT Andrew Thomas

Andrew Thomas Giants the New York Giants Joe Schoen

As general manager Joe Schoen previously indicated they would, the New York Giants have exercised the fifth-year option for left tackle Andrew Thomas.

On the fifth-year option, Thomas will earn a salary of $14.175 million. Had he made the Pro Bowl in 2022, which was completely warranted, he would have earned $16.66 million. The snub cost him nearly $2.5 million.
