Giants are now 6-point road underdogs vs. Steelers in Week 8

The New York Giants (2-5) are currently 6-point underdogs for their game on Monday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2) at Acrisure Stadium.

The line is up from 5.5 points earlier in the week.

It is the 23rd consecutive game that the Giants have been listed as an underdog — a continuing franchise record.

The over/under, which opened at 37.5 total points, was down to 36.5 points as of Sunday morning with the moneyline at Steelers -275, Giants +220, per BetMGM.

The Giants are coming off a humiliating 28-3 defeat at home at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles and former star running back Saquon Barkley. At 2-5, they sit alone in the basement of the NFC East.

The Steelers, behind quarterback Russell Wilson, pounded the Jets on Sunday Night Football, 37-15, to take possession of first place in the AFC North.

The Giants are 2-5 against the spread this season and six of their seven games have gone under.

The Steelers are 5-2 against the spread with five of their seven games also going under the total.

The Giants are 0-2 in primetime this season and 1-14 with Daniel Jones as their starting quarterback, going back to 2019.

The Steelers are 1-1 in primetime this season and will be playing in their third primetime game in the last four weeks on Monday.
