A huge dog-bullying seagull is terrorising a neighbourhood's pets and causing chaos in gardens.
The menacing gull - named Cedric by fed-up locals - has been picking on a border terrier, stealing her squeaky toys and attacking her water bowl in her garden.
Its reign of terror over family has left them needing help with the bird known to 'tease' the animals as they watch from behind patio doors.
