Giannis Antetokounmpo practiced his free throws in front of his sons, and it was adorable

Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo became the first NBA player since 1982 with back-to-back 40-point, 20-rebound performances.

It helped the Bucks break their four-game losing streak, but it clearly wasn’t fully satisfactory for the two-time MVP. Antetokounmpo was 14-of-21 from the free-throw line, marking the second consecutive game in which he missed at least six free throws during the contest.

Despite the victory, Antetokounmpo stayed on the court after the game so he could put in some extra work at the charity stripe. While there, however, the former NBA Finals MVP was joined by some adorable VIP guests: his sons, Liam and Maverick.

This post-game video clip showed fans two important things.

First, and more important: It was nice to see Antetokounmpo spend some quality time with his children, even while working hard to perfect his craft.

But it also reminded us that Antetokounmpo clearly likes to practice his free throws after the game, and it wasn’t just a one-time decision he made to start some beef with Montrezl Harrell and arena workers in Philadelphia.

It is safe to say that his sons were happier with his chosen practice time than Harrell was in Philly, though, and that there were fewer ladders involved this time around.
