The sci-fi movie hit Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire has made a strong debut on Netflix, following the success of its predecessor, Ghostbusters: Afterlife. In this sequel, the new Ghostbusters team, led by Gary Grooberson and the Spengler family, must team up with the original Ghostbusters to combat an evil spirit threatening New York City.
According to Netflix, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire premiered on July 22 and quickly climbed to the No. 2 spot on the Global Top 10 chart. With 10.2 million views and 19.6 million hours viewed, the movie has captured the attention of audiences worldwide. It also claimed the top spot on the Netflix U.S. Top 10 Movies chart.
