Ghislaine Maxwell 'ratted out' two inmates and lives in 'constant fear' over their revenge

Jailed sex-trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell is living in 'constant fear' of being attacked after she snitched on two violent inmates, reports suggest.

The high-profile prisoner ratted out two Cuban prisoners to guards after they allegedly tried to extort her.

Maxwell, 61, is now "freaking out" because the two inmates have been released back into the prison population after 47 days of solitary confinement, according to the Daily Mail.

Sources at the low-security federal female prison in Tallahassee, Florida, have said they're now out for revenge leaving Maxwell terrified.

She is being escorted to and from her prison library job every day by a guard while the two "tattooed and tall" Cubans have been moved to a different unit.

"Las Cubanas have a reputation for being tough and mean inside jail and they don't let anything slide," said the insider.

"They are saying Maxwell needs to pay for the 47 (days).

"Snitches get stitches, as the saying goes. They will beat her up the first chance they get."

Sex trafficker Maxwell is currently serving 20 years in the US after being found guilty of procuring girls for paedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein to abuse.

The financier took his own life in August 2019 as he awaited trial for sex trafficking.

One source said the Cubans found Maxwell snobbish and found out that strict vegan Maxwell had an 'arrangement' with a kitchen worker to steal extra fruit, vegetables and tofu.

According to the insider, the pair tried to force Maxwell to spend her $360 commissary limit on them or they would report her for the criminal vegan antics.

They even wrote a note which then Maxwell used to incriminate them.

The two bullies were forced to spend 47 days in the SHU, Special Housing Unit, which is like a prison within a prison.

Maxwell has lodged an appeal against her conviction.

Her lawyers claim the conviction is based on "errors" by the trial court and the US government, who brought the charges against her.

Maxwell's attorneys stated ahead of the appeal being presented: "The government prosecuted Ms Maxwell as a proxy for Jeffrey Epstein.

"It did so to satisfy public outrage over an unpopular non-prosecution agreement and the death of the person responsible for the crimes.

"In its zeal to pin the blame for its own incompetence and for Epstein's crimes on Ms Maxwell, the government breached its promise not to prosecute Ms Maxwell, charged her with time-barred offences, resurrected and recast decades-old allegations for conduct previously ascribed to Epstein and other named assistants, and joined forces with plaintiffs' attorneys, whose interests were financial, to develop new allegations out of faded, distorted, and motivated memories."
