Ghana and Mali battle for place in last eight at Women's Africa Cup of Nations

Ghana and Mali fight for a place on Thursday in a last-eight showdown with tournament debutants Malawi. Both sides go into the Group D clash at the Stade Rachid Moulay in Casablanca aiming to reach the quarter-finals for the second tournament on the trot.

In 2024, Mali lost to hosts Morocco while Ghana overcame Algeria on penalties before going down to Morocco in the semi-finals.
