Bandai Namco Entertainment America has announced that it has partnered with Academy Award-winning animation studio Aardman to bring Chicken Run to Park Beyond. This new DLC is coming out on December 15. It's launching on the same day that the new move Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget releases on Netflix.
This upcoming DLC brings Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget Theme World to the game. It's going to add two new feathery entertainers. There's also going to be quirky coaster cars and modules. Look forward as well to two new fun flat rides. That's not all since players can also look forward to the hundreds of new scenery items which allow them to create a whole new countryside atmosphere.
Stephan Winter of Limbic Entertainment revealed that they're happy to be able to collaborate with Aardman and introduce Chicken Run to the game. He went on to say that since launch they've been adding exciting content to make sure that everyone has a good experience.
The new DLC isn't the only good news. While it's not part of the annual, those who pre-ordered the game can get this DLC for free once it comes out. This is applicable to those who obtained the Standard or Deluxe edition, whether digital or physical.
A New Danger
Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget is a sequel to Chicken Run, released in 2000. The story focuses on Ginger and Rocky who now live on an island bird sanctuary and have a daughter Molly. However, they're now confronted with a new danger on the mainland through a familiar foe. The movie comes out on December 15 and available on Netflix.
Your Own Theme Park
Park Beyond has players create the theme park that they want without worrying about gravity. They take on the role of a visionary architect who's been hired by a struggling company. Players not only get to make mind-twisting theme parks but also rides that's not possible in real life. The game has players meet colorful and passionate characters that include the enthusiastic park veteran Phil and the stern but friendly executive Izzy, among others.
Park Beyond is available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the PC via Steam.
