A week after Germany's cannabis legalization measures were leaked, Health Minister Karl Lauterbach presented a plan to Chancellor Olaf Scholz's cabinet on Wednesday, reported Deutsche Welle.

The move comes on the heels of public pushback around certain restrictions that would affect the transition of consumers to the legal market.
