A German tourist visiting Scotland has revealed the three incredible events which have made his trip to the country even more magical in a thread that has quickly gone viral on Twitter. The post by user called Rundmaus, who currently lives in northern Germany but is currently visiting Scotland on holiday, has had over 14,000 likes on the site and has since been shared all over social media.
Titling the thread: "Three days in Scotland, and three remarkable events", he details the incredible moments on the trip that really stood out for him and showed how special Scotland is as a country to visit.
Speaking first about their welcome, the German Physicist wrote: "Arriving in Glasgow, the border police officer at Glasgow airport notices our German passports and greets us in German, even tries some light conversation with his limited knowledge of the language."
