At least 34 people have been injured after two trains smashed into each other at a Legoland theme park.
The accident took place at the Legoland park in Guenzburg, Germany, after one of the trains braked sharply, reports say.
Two people were airlifted to hospital after suffering serious injuries, with one of them reportedly in "mortal danger".
The Bavarian Red Cross said 16 people were taken to hospital in total, according to the German tabloid Bild.
The "Feuerdrache" rollercoaster, also known as the fire dragon, was involved in the crash.
A police spokesman told Bild that a train on the ride braked sharply, with another train then crashing into it.
The safety bars on the rollercoaster would not open in the immediate aftermath of the accident, leaving people trapped on the ride, the German-language newspaper Blick reports.
A spokesman for Legoland said one of the trains has been cleared and the second is in the process of being evacuated, according to Mail Online.
It comes just a month after a 14-year-old girl died in a horrific rollercoaster accident in Denmark.
The terrifying incident happed at the Tivoli Friheden park in Aarhus, Denmark's second-largest city, with several people trapped up to 10 feet above the ground.
Police rushed to the theme park at 12.50pm local time after reports that a rollercoaster car was stuck in the Cobra ride.
The two rear seats of the ride had broken away from the rest and were hanging under the wagon train, the park's manager, Henrik Olsen, told local newspaper Aarhus Stiftstidende.
"A mother stood by the Cobra and looked up while she exclaimed several times 'my children, my children'," one worried witness said.
East Jutland Police confirmed that a 14-year-old girl from Copenhagen has died and that her relatives have been told.
A 13-year-old boy sustained injuries to one hand, police said, and his parents have also been notified.
In a statement, the park said: "It's hard for us to put into words the tragic accident of today, where a girl lost her life and a boy was injured.
"Our heartfelt thoughts are with the girl and the girl's relatives, family and friends.
"Our thoughts are also with the boy, our staff and the many visitors at the park earlier today.
