McConkey led the Bulldogs in receiving last season and is an integral part of Georgia’s offense. The wideout returned to practice this week after being “shut down” for two weeks to heal.
Head coach Kirby Smart updated McConkey’s status on Tuesday.
“Today he got in practice. Going to go watch the tape of the periods I didn’t see him. Not trying to rush him back whether it’s this week in a role or in the future.”
McConkey will likely be on a snap count if gets playing time today.
