Bell (6-foot-1, 210 pounds) was asked to step up due to injuries among the Bulldogs receiver core in 2022, and went on to finish his freshman season with 20 receptions for 180 yards and three touchdowns.
The Houston, Texas, native came to Athens as a three-star recruit rated as the No. 68 receiver in the 2022 recruiting class, according to 247Sports Composite.
Bell showed sure hands and a knack for finding the endzone in his first season as a Bulldog.
