One of the most highly watched prospects ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft is former Georgia tight end Brock Bowers. But we may have to wait until later on to see his on-field workout.
Bowers said he had not yet decided if he would do an on-field workout in Indianapolis, and that he won’t make a final decision on the matter until he’s at the stadium Friday.
He noted that move as “just a personal decision.”
“I don’t know,” Bowers responded when asked if he’d be participating in the drills on the field. “We’ll see. If not here, then at pro day.”
Bowers has had a productive week thus far at the NFL Combine on the interview front, meeting with multiple teams including the Denver Broncos, Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts, Cincinnati Bengals, Tennessee Titans and the Las Vegas Raiders.
Brock Bowers seemed excited about his interview with the Cincinnati Bengals. Can’t blame him wanting to work with Joe Burrow and the WR corps. #Bengals pic.twitter.com/jXy0RNILrB

Brock Bowers is a pretty popular dude here in Indy. #UGA TE says he isn’t sure if he will work out tomorrow.

Bowers underwent ankle surgery during the 2023 season as he dealt with injury, but still managed to finish as a consensus All-American. He finished out the season with 56 receptions for 714 yards with 6 receiving touchdowns and 1 rushing score over 10 games.
He reeled in 175 passes for 2,538 yards and 26 touchdowns over 40 total games as a Bulldog.
The projected first-round pick will be a name to keep an eye on when the clock officially starts ticking for teams on April 25, bringing what could only be described as an instant upgrade to any NFL offense in his rookie year.
