Georgia Kousoulou has shared a stunning bikini snap, 15 months after the TOWIE star gave birth to her son, Brody.
The 31-year-old, who has been enjoying a holiday in Majorca, told "mummas" they shouldn't feel any pressure to snap back into shape.
Posting a selfie of her wearing a black bikini, looking gorgeous, Georgia wrote: "Slowly starting to feel like myself again.. Just before this holiday I started watching what I ate & went on a calorie deficit because I decided I wanted to , & I decided I was ready .
"And I’m proud of myself for doing it for me Brody is 15 months & it’s now my time. I still have some way to go but I have my goal mummas please don’t feel pressure , please do things when YOU want to .
"Everyone feels different, don’t let anyone pressure you. It’s enough pressure being a mum; we don’t need no extra!"
The positive post went down a storm with Georgia's famous friends with many congratulating the reality star for her honesty.
Mum-of-one Dannielle Armstrong said: "Love this post and you're so right. It took me a year to feel myself after Orla xxx."
While Ex On The Beach's Charlotte Dawson gushed: "Beautiful mama."
Georgia has been candid about the pressure women are under to look their best and hit out at new mums who quickly bounce back into shape after giving birth.
She welcomed her first child with TOWIE star Tommy Mallett in May 2021 and like many women felt the pressure to look the way she did before her pregnancy.
Confessing she used to break down when looking at her post-pregnancy figure in the mirror, Georgia posted a pic of her in her underwear on Instagram.
Captioning the snap, she wrote: "You can imagine the first time I looked in the mirror 8 weeks ago I’m not going to lie .. I freaked out , my body wasnt my body I was used to no more , I had big stretch marks , I am wider & obviously a c section scar , I remember just crying ..
"NOW 8 weeks on this is me.. Iv done no exercise & ate what I want , when I can .. I now look at my body. & I'm proud. I'm giving myself minimum a year , for now I’m focusing on me & my baby. So BOUNCE BACK? the only place I’m bouncing to is TO BED to sleep.
"Let’s just encourage mum to look after them self , there mental health & there babies , let’s stop adding more pressure on women , it’s hard enough! I hope being honest will help any other mummies know this is the normal."
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she added: “I am so sick of seeing girls with six packs straight after birth. It’s not realistic and I don’t want to see it. Going to the gym isn’t my priority. I’ve raised a child for a year, let’s celebrate that."
We're with you Georgia!
