Georgia Kousoulou says she's got a 'scar, stretch marks and pouch' after giving birth

Georgia Kousoulou has opened up about how her body has changed since giving birth to her first baby.

The TOWIE star said she now has a 'scar, stretch marks and pouch' following the arrival of Brody.

In an interview with Closer, the mum-of-one was honest about which parts of being a parent she has found difficult and how she has adjusted to her new life.

The 31-year-old has posted photos of her post baby body before and has opened up about the differences she's noticed.

She said: "I was shocked when I came out of hospital still looking pregnant. It took me a while to adjust to my new body. I didn't look like me.

"I had a C-section so I had a scar, stretchmarks and a pouch. It was a very hard transition but now I look at it differently."

Georgia said she had started to feel like her old self but hasn't worked out much since giving birth and doesn't cut out treats.

The star explained that she and fiancé Tommy Mallet bought a Peloton bike but Georgia said she had only used it three times since getting it.

However, Georgia is relaxed about her body as Tommy gives her plenty of encouragement and compliments.

She said: "He's the first to say I look good. There is a phase you go through when you don't know what to wear. I remember Tommy taking me shopping and saying, 'Come on, let's buy some fresh clothes'.

"Just little things boost me up."

Georgia and Tommy are currently engaged but Georgia says she is in no rush to tie the knot yet.

The star says she hasn't even looked at anything to do with the wedding yet.

The pair have been together for eight years so far and got engaged in February when Tommy got down on one knee in Mexico on a romantic beach.

Georgia has been honest about what it's like becoming a mum since she had Brody.

She often posts on her Instagram page to update her followers.

In July Brody had a terrifying health scare when Georgia had to ring NHS 111 for advice.

Georgia said the baby's temperature was 'higher than it had ever been' when she started to worry.

However, the helpline said Brody was able to stay at home.

Georgia said at the time: "Being a mumma when your baby isn’t well has to be one of the hardest things ... you just feel useless and it’s so hard to watch them in pain.

"It’s also so hard to know the right thing to do .. so last night we called 111 for advice as Brody’s temp was higher than it had been ... thankfully they said he was ok, and said he was ok at home."

She went on to say that mums are 'amazing' but they should ask for help and advice when needed.
