Georgia Kousoulou proudly displayed her post-pregnancy figure and insists: "there's no such thing as a bikini body ready".
The 30-year-old looked sensational in a red bikini as she cuddled her nine-month-old son Brody.
The former TOWIE star said she almost didn't post the holiday snap, but then reminded herself that there was "no such thing as bikini body ready".
She wrote: "Bikini ready thoughts after baby.. So I wasn't going to post this picture because in my head it's not my best, not my old body but than I had to talk to myself & remind myself … look how happy I am..
"I'm healthy, I'm happy, my baby is healthy & happy, I've just got engaged!! This new body is prob the happiest it's been in years!
"I want to make memories with Brody, I don't want to not wear a bikini because I'm self conscious because there is no such thing as "bikini body ready" everyone is ready, I'm ready, I grew a amazing human.
"I know Brody won't look back & think 'mum still had weight to loose than' he'll look back at the memories we are making, so any new mumma's out there who feel self conscious on that beach .. DONT!
"You are enough & you are amazing.. let's stop putting ourselves down & let's lift eachother up ❤️"
Georgia recently shared the news that her boyfriend of eight years Tommy Mallett, 29, popped the question.
"'OF COURSE I SAID YES," she said with a photo of Tommy on one knee on a beautiful beach.
Tommy, who owns his own footwear brand, shared the same sweet snap.
"Got the job done (now stop asking me when I’m gonna do it)," he joked.
Tommy asked Georgia to be his bride surrounded by red roses and candles under a pergola in Mexico.
Georgia's post was flooded with messages of congratulations from famous pals.
She wrote: "Oh myyyyyyyyy GEORGIAAAA I am so so happy for you both! Beautiful family xxxxxx."
Ferne McCann commented: "Oh my goodness wow wow wow wow wow congrats," while Kate Ferdinand added: 'Fabulous news! Congratulations guys.'

The pair welcomed baby Brody in May last year, and Georgia called the moment "the greatest experience of her life".
In December last year Georgia said she was hoping that he would pop the question in 2022 - she even picked the ring she wanted.
She told OK! magazine:"Hopefully I'll get engaged as well you know. I mean, I'm praying for things but I just don't see it happening any time soon.
"I've been sending rings so he knows exactly what I want, so we're halfway there."
