The Georgia Bulldogs are now 6-0 to start the 2024 baseball season. Georgia defeated Northern Kentucky, 7-6, thanks to a walk-off home run from Dillon Carter, who transferred to Georgia from Texas Tech. Kolby Branch also had a three-run home run in the ninth inning to help Georgia tie the game.
Georgia’s seven runs was the fewest runs the Bulldogs have scored all season. Additionally, Georgia allowed six runs, including four runs over the final two innings of the game, which is the most runs Georgia has allowed all season.
