Marnie Simpson has finally spoken out about her wedding to Casey Johnson earlier this week, sharing her excitement at tying the knot with a word Instagram reaction.
Marnie and Casey have been in a relationship for five years, having met while both starring as celebrity contestants on MTV show Single AF. Marnie is of course no stranger to MTV, having ruffled more than a few feathers when she joined Geordie Shore in series three, starring alongside cousin Sophie Kasaei, an original cast member when the show first launched two years earlier.
Sophie was among the friends and TV stars who headed to see Marnie walk down the aisle, sharing her excitement at seeing her cousin 'become a bride.' With Marnie and Casey's nuptials covered exclusively by OK Magazine and captured by Geordie Shore cameras, the details of the ceremony and reception are still very much under wraps.

Chloe Ferry was the first of Marnie's co-stars to speak out on the big day, with her telling Instagram followers on Thursday morning it had been a "fabulous wedding," before later adding: "Congrats to one of my besties, now married," alongside a photo of Marnie and Casey on her Insta story.
And, having shared well wishes from Chloe, cousin Sophie and other famous faces, Marnie gave a first look at her as wife, as she uploaded a brief clip to her story. As she flashed her ring to the camera, Marnie wrote: "I'm a wife. OMG."
Marnie also shared a statement from her manager Craig Johnson on behalf of her and Casey, which indicated that photos and further details from the wedding would be 'coming soon.'
