A number of ex-Geordie Shore cast members descended on Manchester last night, to celebrate the official premiere of Charlotte Crosby's brand new BBC Three series.

The show, Charlotte in Sunderland, launched at 10.30pm last night - with episode one and two both now available to watch on the BBC iPlayer.

Also in attendance were a number of fellow G-Shore housemates, including Holly Hagan-Blyth, Sophie Kasei, Chloe Ferry, Abbie Holborn and James Tindale - all of which taking the time to lap up the experience.

Chloe drove to the venue with James, with the 27-year-old taking to Instagram to showcase their journey into Manchester. Posting a selfie video, Chloe said: "Right so, we're on the way to Manchester - me and my good pal James.

"James is being my chauffer today, we're on the way to watch Charlotte's brand-new show Charlotte in Sunderland, that launches tonight. We're all going to watch it, and we're all going to go out after."

Chloe then told James to turn up the music in the car, exclaiming: "Time to party!"

Elsewhere, Abbie posted a video to her Instagram stories section, which showed her parting with James, Chloe, Sophie and their respective partners. Speaking in the video, which showed the group doing shots, she said: "I have not been out in over a month.

"This is gonna end badly."

Fellow original cast member also wished Charlotte the best of luck for the big night in advance, unfortunately not being able to make the event in person. On his Instagram account, he penned: "Good luck for the launch tonight....gutted a can't make it @charlottegshore and @jake_ankers."

Charlotte's big event started at 6.30pm with a live Q&A session taking place an hour later. The party then had a reception at 8pm before it ended at 11pm. It was hosted by Radio 1's Dean McCullough, who went on to perform and exclusive DJ set to wrap things up.
