Former Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa has once again been heralded as a 'genius' by another fellow manager - after producing a coaching lecture to the Polish national football team ahead of their World Cup journey.
Bielsa, nicknamed El Loco (The Crazy One) throughout his career, left Leeds after almost four years last February despite bringing unrivalled success to Elland Road. Being the first manager to lead them back to the promised land of the Premier League since relegation in 2004, Bielsa is still heralded as a legend as the man who resurrected the sleeping giant and made a city dare to dream once more.
But despite his departure in February, the Argentine has still yet to find a permanent role. Reports had linked him with Bournemouth, though there has been no advance on that so far - and thus, with the World Cup nigh, the Rosario-born boss has given a helping hand to Poland ahead of the World Cup - with manager Czesław Michniewicz labelling Bielsa as a 'genius'.

"I’ve secretly watched your training in the past," Dutch magazine Voetbal International quotes Michniewicz as Bielsa telling him.
"He analysed 50 matches and highlighted them. I couldn’t understand everything you did. You are a genius, thank you for your lecture.”
The kind words follow on from other managers including Pep Guardiola and Mauricio Pochettion, who credit their styles of play and philosophies as direct descendents of the ideologies that Bielsa curated whilst the duo were still in the peak of their playing day perils.
"I will never forget how gentle, how kind he was with me when I was absolutely nobody in the world of football in terms of management, and how he shared his knowledge," Guardiola said.
"When you go home and you get a message or a phone call [from a player], and you can feel that you gave something special to them, that is the best title. Bigger than the Champions League or the Premier League or whatever. To be loved is the most important thing. I think Marcelo has that more than any other manager."
Just imagine what Poland superstar Robert Lewandowski could do with management by Bielsa...
