Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are reportedly expecting a baby boy via surrogate, it has been claimed.

Kardashians star Khloe, 38, confirmed she and basketball player Tristan, 31, were expecting a second child on Wednesday evening. The pair are already parents to four-year-old True.

Khloe and Tristan's second child is understood to have been conceived before Khloe discovered her now-ex had been unfaithful and fathered a child with another woman, Maralee Nichols.
