Gemma Owen teased that she's returned to the gym after Christmas, with the Love Island alum showcasing her slim figure in a selfie that she shared on social media this week.
The reality TV star, 19 - who had been among the islanders on the ITV2 show over the summer - took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon (December 27) with a photo of herself.
She modelled a khaki crop top and a pair of matching leggings in the recent photo. Gemma accessorised the gym wear with some jewellery, including a couple of bracelets.
The dressage rider - who uploaded the post to her Instagram Story - showcased her tone physique in the selfie, which appeared to have been taken by her in a mirror.

Gemma teased alongside the photo that she was returning to the gym after having enjoyed Christmas with her family. She wrote: "Back to it, the lull before New Year is killing me."
It comes after Gemma - who is the eldest child of former footballer Michael Owen, 43 - had given her followers on the platform a glimpse of her family's festivies recently.
The former islander shared footage of a lengthy table which had been set for a number of guests. She showed it off ahead of the attendees being seated for dinner.
It was accompanied by gold chairs, which complimented placemates on the table. Glassware and silver napkins were also visible on the furniture at the family's home.
Gemma also posted a photo of herself stood alongside her parents. She wrote in the caption: "Feeling grateful for those closest to me. Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas".
Michael shared a photo of the wider family on his account. It included his wife Louise Owen, 41, as well as their three other children James, 16, Emily, 15, and Jessica, 12.
The sports commentator uploaded the photo just a few days ago. He wrote in a caption that accompanied the recent post: "Happy Christmas from The Owen's."
His post has since amassed more than 45,000 likes on the platform. Some of his fans took to the comments section to express well-wishes to the former footballer and his family.
