Gemma Collins revealed she has been feeling 'overwhelmed' by the amount of support she has been getting from her fans regarding her self-harm documentary.
The Diva Forever icon opened up about her struggles with depression and self-harm in the Channel 4 documentary Self-Harm and Me.
During the documentary, the star confessed she used self-harm as a 'coping mechanism' to deal with fame. Her fiancé Rami Hawash and mother also spoke on the topic.
After the release of the eye-opening programme, Gemma took to her Instagram stories to thank her fans for their never-ending support.
"Thank you so much for your lovely kind words, I have been very touched by your response and support and overwhelmed to find out how many families are going through the same," she said.
"And individuals please ask for help today you will be in safe hands @harmless_uk."
The programme also had her discussing her wish to have a family with her fiancé Rami - but she admitted she was worried she might go back to where she was before after the birth.
Gemma also had a frank conversation with her mum Joan about her struggles, as she told her she thought her self-harm was just Gemma 'copying someone on TV'.
Rami also recalled the moment he caught her self-harming 10 years ago when they were previously together.
While watching the documentary, many viewers took to social media to praise the former TOWIE star on her bravery.
"A new found respect for #gemmacollins #SelfHarmAndMe , how brave and upfront she was about her issues she’d been through," one wrote on social media.
"It’s sad her mum and a lot of the older generation don’t see mental health issues as a problem because they don’t see the pain #ItsOkayToNotBeOkay."

A second added: "Watching #SelfHarmAndMe I'm not especially a fan of @missgemcollins but my heart goes out to her."
Another took to her Instagram and wrote: "Watching this. Your so brave and I have total respect for you and the way you conduct yourself your an inspiration."
"Stats around self harm are difficult to establish as so many people keep it hidden. Well done for shining a light on such an important area of mental health and for showing that recovery is possible," one proud user wrote.
In the documentary, Gemma vowed to be the "best mum" to her own children one day.
"I've definitely made peace with it all and that's why I'm ready for the next chapter," she said at the end of the documentary, "I want my children, I want the cat, I want the dog, I want my child. I will hopefully be the best mum on earth, but everyone says that."
