Gemma Collins confirms she's going to start trying for a baby with fiancé Rami in August

Gemma Collins has confirmed she is going to start trying for a family with her fiancé Rami this year.

The former TOWIE star, 41, has previously made it known she wants children - but revealed the pair are struggling to conceive.

Gem said on her podcast the pair are considering IVF treatment.
