Gemma Collins was seen breaking down in her new Channel 4 documentary as she discussed starting a family with her fiancé Rami Hawash.
The 41-year-old reality TV star showed a very different side to herself in Gemma Collins: Self-Harm and Me as she spoke to her therapist about cutting herself for 20 years.
Gemma's close friends and family also appeared in the one hour film, including Rami - whom Gemma is preparing to marry.
At the beginning of the hour long documentary, Gemma is seen introducing Rami at a garden party at her home saying: "This is my fiancé, we met in the King Will in Chigwell. My heart was beating, I was like, 'no one this good-looking has ever spoken to me'."
"We got engaged 10 years ago," Gemma continued as Rami chimed in: "She wasn't ready!"
Gemma first started dating Rami when she'd begun starring on The Only Way Is Essex 10 years ago. The pair split up but ended up getting back together about a year ago.
In the documentary, Gemma touches on what she wants her future to look like with Rami in a very emotional conversation with him.
"In the back of my mind, because obviously we do want to go on to have a baby and stuff and I feel very happy with you and very settled with you, and I think always in the back of my mind you think, 'Oh sh*t is it gonna come back?'" Gemma said as her voice broke.
Speaking moments later to her therapist, Gemma said of Rami: "He knows me very well, he knows Gemma. He's normal."
"He's interested in you," her therapist replied, as Gemma continued: "Massively, which is surprising but nice at the same time. It's lovely. He genuinely likes and loves me."
Elsewhere in the documentary, Gemma touched upon her plans for the future again and said: "Because I now want to go on to have a family and stuff, I suppose there's just a part of me... you hear about people have post natal depression, I don't ever want it to come back."
The reality TV star has been very open about trying for a baby in the past and at the end of 2020, she confirmed she had suffered a third miscarriage during lockdown.
Gemma was previously in an on/off relationship with her former TOWIE co-star James 'Arg' Argent.
