Gemma Atkinson has shared the special link she'll continue to share with her daughter as she paid tribute to her on her birthday. The Hits Radio host, who is currently heavily pregnant with her second child, took to Instagram on Tuesday (July 4) to make Mia's special day.
Gemma, 38, shared a video featuring photos and videos of her little girl - from dancing in the house and posing in the garden, to enjoying time in the paddling pool with the family's pet dogs Norman and Ollie and being seen as a little baby.
The former Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress set the video to P!NK track F**kin' Perfect as she wrote: "Forever our song, forever perfect to me. Happy Birthday Mia! 4 wonderful years with you."

Gemma, who is expecting to give birth to her and partner Gorka Marquez's son any day now, added: "My Birthday wish for you is that you continue to be the happy, kind, confident and caring little lady you are. I’m so proud to be your Mum. Enjoy your day little lady. We love you lots."
Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka was quick to respond to the post, writing alongside a string of emotional face and love heart emojis: "Our little girl." The professional dancer also shared his own message, taking to his Instagram page with a number of sweet snaps of his daughter where in some she showed her toddler sass.
"Happy Birthday princess," the 32-year-old started the caption of his post: "Can’t believe you are 4 today, time really flies… You are the funniest, smart, cheeky, sassiest and caring girl I know thank you for making us smile everyday. You’re gonna be the best big sister.
Mia, We love you to the moon and back."
And both Gemma and Gorka, who met on Strictly back in 2017 before getting engaged on Valentine's Day in 2020, were sent birthday wishes for Mia. @sharonwalsh9759 said: "What an adorable montage. So many beautiful memories created and you kindly share them with us on here - thank you."
@eve.giggle replied: "What a gorgeous reel, to match a gorgeous amazing REAL mummy. Thank you for keeping it real for all us mummies. Have the best day celebrating with Mia." @schreerrachael wrote: "Beautiful post, made me cry." @kimmy_p_run added: "Aw as if she's 4 already, time goes by so so fast. Happy 4th Birthday Mia."
The posts come after Gemma shared her hopes that her baby boy will wait at least another day to make his arrival into the world. On her Instagram Story on Monday (July 3), the Bury-born star jokingly shared how she was hoping her son would either be born today or wait a couple of days due to it being Mia's birthday.
Sharing a clip of the music video to Wilson Phillips track Hold On to her Instagram Story, Gemma typed: "Me now to little man because Mia's actual b'day is tomorrow." She added: "If you could come today or anytime from tomorrow that'd be great," alongside a thumbs up and crying laughing emoji.
She then appeared in a follow-up video as she was seen sat in the kitchen of her Greater Manchester home. "You know what's going to happen now don't ya? It'll be, 'Happy Birthday to... Oh Gorka, my waters!' That's what'll happen," she said referring to the little at home birthday plans she previously shared she has for her daughter who is set to turn four.
"You watch. Sod's law. Mind you, it wouldn't be too bad would it, Gorks, if they shared a birthday?" she went on turning to her partner. "I mean, I wouldn't want to be an 18-year-old girl sharing it with my 14-year-old brother because you'd just be annoying but they could share a cake." Thinking about it, she added: "That's a bit snide isn't it? It's a bit Northern. 'Happy Birthday, there's half each! Think money grows on trees?'"
