He wanted his son Gee Scott Jr. to choose a school for different reasons like “playing time, catches, and on-field success.” Senior wanted his son to succeed and you can’t fault him for that. He mentioned when his son chose Ohio State that he “was wrapped up into being able to say I told you so.”
