Since former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield quit the ITV daytime show and then revealed he had an affair with a younger male colleague, former co-host Eamonn Holmes has been very vocal with his opinions on him.

He ended his latest tirade - which came just before Holly Willoughby delivered her own statement as she returned to This Morning - by saying: "Like everybody else he lied to me, I was happy to stand by him until I found out that he was lying... This isn’t about him being gay, not in the slightest."
