California Governor Gavin Newsom called for Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem to resign and for Border Patrol head Greg Bovino to be fired following the killing of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.
In a social media publication, Newsom said there should be "no new funding" for ICE and made a series of demands after the incident.
