If you live in South Wales and are currently on the hunt for a new home, then we might have found the place for you, especially if you're a big Gavin & Stacey fan.
That's because a three-bedroom mid-terrace property that featured in the cult BBC sitcom is now up for rent.
The iconic house in Barry was home to Rob Brydon's character, Uncle Bryn, and appeared heavily throughout the show as well as in the 2019 Christmas Day special, which took place 10 years after the last episode.
The families gathered at Bryn's house for dinner and the episode saw Ruth Jones' character Nessa propose to Smithy (James Corden).
It drew in over 18 million viewers, making it the most-viewed non-sporting event on TV in 17 years.
The house on Trinity Street, which is described as being in a West End location, is currently being offered unfurnished for a long-term rent of £995 per month.
As well as three bedrooms, there's a living room/diner with a bay window at the front, and a bathroom comprised of your standard shower over the bath, a toilet, and a basin.
The kitchen appears to have no white goods and the back garden consists of a small patio courtyard area.
Those who want to live there will have to pay a £1,095 deposit and are asked to stay for a minimum of six months.
It is being let by Chris Davies estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
The property listing online reads: "Unfurnished three-bed terrace formerly used as Uncle Bryn's house on Gavin & Stacey.
"Accommodation includes a hall, lounge dining room, kitchen, rear lobby, and ground floor bathroom, WC, and shower.
"The first floor has three bedrooms.
"Outside there is a forecourt and enclosed rear garden."
According to Wales Online, the property is also available for purchase if someone was interested, and is on the market for £212,000.
The house's current owner Lisa Edwards purchased the property in 2006 and claims she initially had no idea about its significance.
She said: "The first time I realised I was in the house was watching it on TV. I thought it looked like my living room at the time and it was the weirdest feeling.
"Our neighbours were away at the time so I couldn't ask them so I rang the BBC. They said due to data protection they couldn't tell us - they said they were filming series two and if someone knocked on my door then we would know."
And knock they did, with Lisa going on to have the cast and crew filming at the property on a regular basis, meaning she met all the stars.
"For season two they completely re-did the living room. There were stuffed animals and tanks - it didn't look even slightly like our living room. They catalogued everything and had to put it all back in the right place," she said.
Lisa added: "Joanna Page was really, really lovely and gentle - she's tiny in real life and Ruth Jones was just very well-spoken, you can tell she's a very bright lady."
